Croatian Local Issuing Office

ETSO (European Transmission System Operators) has defined an uniform coding system and administrative organisation and has established the administrative organisation for maintaining and managing this coding system. The Local Issuing Office carries out allocation and administration of EIC (Energy Identification Code) in particular European countries.

HEP TSO manages the Local Issuing Office and allocates the used by Croatian electricity market players (Balance Responsible Parties, Grid Operators, Suppliers, ...).

The identification process consists of :

• Downloading the request form on the following link
•  Filling in the data needed for coding and sending to the following address: clio@hep.hr
  
  It is needed to send the request aswell by post, signed by company's executive:

• Allocation of the EIC code and announcement to the requesting party about allocated code
• Publishing of already allocated codes by the Croatian Local issuing office on the HEP-TSO Internet web page
